I am a graduate of the University of South Florida, and have worked with a broad spectrum of clients and issues in outpatient and in-home settings, and more recently, in private practice. I am board certified and have advanced training in domestic violence and trauma. In therapy, I use researched-based treatment and believe in a personalized approach that works best for each person.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor practicing individual and family psychotherapy, my treatment specialties include Trauma and PTSD, Domestic/Family Violence, Sexual Abuse, Family and Parent-Child Relationship Issues, Anxiety and Depression.

In therapy, I work with each person or family collaboratively, using my listening skills to gain a thorough understanding of the issues that you bring to counseling. I help you identify the strengths and resources that you have to help you achieve your goals and resolve the issues that brought you to counseling. I believe that individuals are whole beings and our problems do not define who we are, therefore I focus on the whole you. Therapy is done in a warm, supportive and non-judgmental setting.

My goal is to help individuals reach their maximum potential in order to live the fulfilling and successful lives they desire.
